On April 9, 2026, the Center for State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus co-organized the International Research-to-Practice Conference “Theoretical and Practical Problems of Legal Regulation of the National Economy”, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor V.S. Kamenkov.

The international research-to-practice conference was attended by scholars and practitioners from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus. Renowned Belarusian and international experts delivered presentations at the plenary session.

For reference: Viktor Sergeevich Kamenkov is a research consultant at the Department of Economic Law at the Belarusian State University, the founder of the scientific school of economic law, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor, and Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus.

The conference was moderated by Natalia BONDARENKO, Head of the Department of Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor.

Denis MUKHA, Director of the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus, welcomed the participants of the scientific event and congratulated Viktor KAMENKOV. Souvenirs were presented to Viktor KAMENKOV and Natalia BONDARENKO, Head of the Department of Economic Law.

Viktor KAMENKOV, in turn, expressed gratitude to the conference organizers and thanked those present for their congratulations.

National Economic Security in the Context of Ensuring the Identity of the Legal System of the Republic of Belarus.

The international research-to-practice conference consisted of 4 thematic sections.

The event was held as part of the Cooperation Plan between the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus and the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University in the field of training highly qualified specialists and researchers for 2026.
