The 7th International Conference on Environmental Economics (EEC 2025), held from April 19 to 21, 2025 in Guilin, China, has ended. Nadezhda BATOVA, Head of the Sector of Environmental and Economic Research of the Center of Human Development and Demography, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, took part in the Conference.
The Conference is traditionally a platform for researchers, scientists and practitioners to discuss the most important issues in the field of environmental economics. In addition to environmental economics, the Conference addressed a wide range of related topics such as environmental policy analysis, sustainable development, natural resource management, green economics, ecosystem services evaluation, etc. EEC-2025 is aimed at promoting the exchange of knowledge, innovative discussions and collaboration among experts in this field.
Nadezhda BATOVA, Head of the Sector of Environmental and Economic Research of the Center of Human Development and Demography of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus, made a presentation on “Sustainable Development without Borders: How Belarus is Shaping a Green and Circular Economy Policy”.
The main reports of the conference will be published in the international issue Journal of Geoscience and Environmental Protection.
